Once you have found your spot to anchor up simply toss the Box Anchor into any Lake or ocean bottom condition,the downward facing flutes will dig themselves firmly into the bottom for a strong hold without it getting caught permanently on debris. The weighted steel bar will pull itself at a 45 degree angle back to the boat keeping the rope tight and reducing the chance of rope chaffing. If you do come into strong winds or current change forcing the Box Anchor from holding, the Box Anchor will simply roll over and reset its self so you can sit back and relax.
